I appreciate receiving the weekly report. Thank you Steve Duran and Patch for providing it.
One item mentioned is that Parcel C has had no offers yet other than possibly residential.
I would like to suggest that residential offers be set aside for a while. I believe that when or rather if the ITC gets started and parts of Bayfront begin to be built then the perceived value of Parcel C will go way up and the type of offers will change to something more fitting for the area. Parcel C is the "gateway" to the waterfront and should be used accordingly.

Phil,
Excellent comment! There is no need for the City to panic and take the first offer that comes along only to find out later they could have done much better.

Steve,
This week's report contains specific items that developers have proposed and are under consideration by you and your staff. Thank you for being thorough in your report. This (and more like it) should contribute to an informed discussion within the Patch, and lessen the wild speculation that sometimes occurs.
