Friday-Monday Log (1-13 to 1-16): Car Stolen from Florence Ct., Auto Theft at Franklin Canyon, Son Hits Father in the Face

FRIDAY, JAN. 13
1142 hours: Stolen vehicle: On January 13, 2012 a resident in the 200 block of Florence Ct. reported her maroon 1996 Olds Cutlass stolen from her unlocked garage. The theft occurred between December 29, 2011 and January 13, 2012.
1520 hours: Battery: On January 13, 2012 Police were summoned to the 1600 block of Partridge Road for a disturbance between father and son. While arguing over property, a 45-year-old man punched his father in the face, causing minor injuries. The man was arrested and transported to Martinez Detention Facility.
1816 hours: Driving under the Influence of Alcohol: On January 13, 2012 an officer stopped a 47-year-old Hercules man in the 3600 block of San Pablo Avenue. The man was arrested for an outstanding warrant arrest and driving while intoxicated police said. He was released with a citation after submitting to a blood test for the DUI.
2156 hours: Driving with a suspended license: On January 13, 2012 an officer stopped a 37-year-old Rodeo man in the 1500 block of Sycamore. The man was cited for driving with a suspended license and his car was towed.
SATURDAY, JAN. 14
0104 hours: Driving under the Influence of Alcohol: On January 14, 2012 an officer stopped a 26-year-old Hercules woman in the 800 block of Willow Avenue. He was arrested for driving while intoxicated and her car was towed. After submitting to a blood test for DUI she was released with a citation.
1006 hours: Auto Burglary: On January 14, 2012 between 0900 hours and 1000 hours a vehicle was burglarized while parked at 3500 Franklin Canyon Road. The responsible was seen on surveillance video and described as a Hispanic adult male driving a white Ford F150 pickup. The pickup has an Oakland Raiders vanity license plate on the front of the truck. Items taken were a GPS unit, golf supplies and a purse with personal identifying information.
1333 hours: Burglary: On January 14, 2012 between 0600 hours and 1330 hours an unknown suspect entered a garage in the 200 block of Cinnabar and stole a Craftsman toolset.
2136 hours: Driving with a suspended license: On January 14, 2012 an Officer stopped a 31-year-old Rodeo man in the 4200 block of San Pablo Avenue. He was cited for driving with a without a license and his car was towed.
2247 hours: Vandalism: On January 14, 2012 between 2230 hours and 2245 hours an unknown suspect broke off both outside mirrors of a parked vehicle in the 1000 block of Baywood.
SUNDAY, JAN. 15
0156 hours: Driving under the Influence of Alcohol: On January 15, 2012 an officer stopped a 38-year-old Pittsburg woman in the 700 block of Willow Avenue. The woman was arrested for driving while intoxicated and her car was towed. After submitting to a blood test for DUI she was booked into Martinez Detention Facility.
0158 hours: Drunk in public/Threatening a Police Officer: On January 15, 2012 an officer did a pedestrian stop on a 23-year-old Hercules man in the 4000 block of San Pablo Avenue. The man was staggering in the middle of the street and failed to comply with orders, police said. He took a fighting stance and challenged the officer to fight, police said. The man submitted to the arrest when the officer drew his Taser. He was arrested but continued to make threats towards officers. He was then booked into Martinez Detention Facility.
0805 hours: Identity Theft: On January 15, 2012 a resident in the 100 block of Lilac Circle reported being a victim of identity theft. An unknown suspect called the victim’s bank and had credits cards cancelled and new ones issued to a Vallejo address.
1020 hours: Driving with a suspended license: On January 15, 2012, an officer stopped a 33-year-old San Pablo man in the 3900 block of San Pablo Avenue. The man was cited for driving with a without a license and his car was towed.
1755 hours: Drunk in public/ Violation of restraining order: On January 15, 2012 Officers responded to the 800 block of Dover for a report of a 33-year-old Sacramento woman for being in violation of a restraining order. The woman was located and determined to be intoxicated, police said. She was arrested for the restraining order violation and on suspicion of being drunk in public. She was booked into Martinez Detention Facility.
2057 hours: Driving with a suspended license: On January 15, 2012 an Officer stopped a 31-year-old Watsonville man in the 800 block of Willow Avenue. He was cited for driving without a license and his car was towed.
MONDAY, JAN. 16
0402 hours: Expired Registration: On January 16, 2012, an officer located a car in the 1000 block of Sanderling, with expired registration over six months. The car was towed for the expired registration.
0923 hours: Driving without a license: On January 16, 2012 an Officer stopped an 87-year-old Rodeo man in the 800 block of Willow Avenue. He was cited for driving with a without a license.
1336 hours: Identity Theft: On January 16, 2012 a resident in the 400 block of Grenadine reported being a victim of identity theft. An unknown suspect was able to print checks with the victim’s personal information. Transactions with the fraudulent checks were made in the Santa Cruz area.
1347 hours: Petty Theft: On January 16, 2012 a customer in the 1600 block of Sycamore reported having the license plate stolen from his vehicle, between 1320 hours and 1340 hours. The stolen plate was entered into the stolen vehicle system.
1605 hours: Driving without a license: On January 16, 2012 an Officer stopped a 21-year-old Oakland woman in the 3000 block of San Pablo Avenue. She was cited for driving with a without a license.
2211 hours: Driving with a suspended license: On January 16, 2012 an Officer stopped a 50-year-old Oakland man in the 800 block of Willow Avenue. He was cited for driving with a without a license.
0054 hours: Driving with a suspended license: On January 17, 2012 an Officer stopped a 30-year-old Oakland man in the 800 block of Willow Avenue. The man was cited for driving with a without a license and his car was towed.
0534 hours: Stolen Vehicle Recovered: On January 17, 2012 an Officer located an unoccupied stolen vehicle parked in the 1000 block of Canterbury.
