THURSDAY, FEB. 24
Fraud
A resident in the 200 block of Catalina reported credit card fraud.
Towed Vehicle
A Parking Enforcement Officer towed a vehicle on Titan and Cottage for being parked over 72 hours at the same location without moving.
Driving without a License
An officer stopped a vehicle in the 800 block of Willow and cited a 57-year-old Vallejo man, for driving without a license. His vehicle was towed.
Fraud
A resident in the 100 block of Onyx reported credit card fraud.
Domestic Violence
An employee in the 500 block of Alfred Nobel reported her ex- boyfriend showed up at her place of employment and pushed her. The subject left prior to officers’ arrival.
Family Disturbance
A resident in the Glenwood complex reported she could no longer handle her 15-year-old foster child and wanted her removed from the residence. San Francisco County CPS, the last county where the child resided, took custody of the child.
Towed Vehicle
An officer stopped a vehicle on Willow at Hawthorne and towed the
vehicle for expired registration.
Mental Evaluation
Officers responded to the 3800 block of San Pablo for a subject calling from the payphone and stating that he was being stalked. After further investigation the subject was determined to meet the requirements for a 72 hour mental health evaluation and was transported to a hospital.
Missing Person
A resident in the 2000 block of Serra Lane reported his 29-year-old wife, Fatima Rodriguez, had been missing since 1430 hrs. Fatima is a Filipina female, 5-01, 100 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. She does not have a car.
WEDNESDAY, FEB. 23
Child Custody
A resident in the 100 block of Trellis Bay reported her ex-husband did not drop off their teenage daughter at her house when he was supposed to.
Mental Evaluation
Officers responded to the 3700 block of San Pablo regarding a subject who was having an anxiety attack. The subject was transported to a hospital for a mental evaluation.
Harassing Phone Call
A resident in the 100 block of Tidewater reported her ex-boyfriend has sent her between 200 and 300 unwanted harassing text messages over the past 3 months.
Driving without a License
An officer stopped a vehicle on I-80 at Pinole Valley and cited a 22-year-old San Pablo woman, for driving without a license. Her car was towed.
Threatening a Police Officer & Drunk in Public
Officers responded to the 800 block of Willow regarding a subject standing near a gas station. Officers contacted a 48-year-old Rodeo man. The man was heavily intoxicated and began taking his clothing off. He was arrested for being Drunk in Public and became agitated and uncooperative. He threatened to harm an officer. After being placed in a patrol car, the man kicked a car door but did not cause damage. He had to be placed in a restraining device and was transported to County Jail. The man was arrested earlier this year for similar charges.
TUESDAY, FEB. 22
Theft
A P. G. & E employee reported someone siphoned gas from a company truck that had been left parked in the 1500 block of Sycamore during the weekend.
Warrant Arrest
An officer stopped a vehicle in the 1500 block of Sycamore and arrested a 21-year-old Hercules woman for a prostitution warrant. The woman was transported to County Jail and her car was towed.
Vandalism & Theft
A Public Works employee reported approximately $1,000 in copper wire was taken from the lighting system at Victoria Park. The cost to repair the system is estimated at $3,000. The total loss if $4,000. The lights were last seen in working order on Thursday, 2/17/11.
Theft
A Hercules Middle School student reported someone stole his cell phone from his locker.
Vandalism & Theft
A Sprint/Nextel employee reported approximately $30 worth of grounding copper wire was cut and removed from their site in the 4000 block of San Pablo. The total cost to repair is estimated at $200. The employee pointed out that similar wires were also cut on Verizon equipment at the same site.
Driving without a License
An officer stopped a vehicle in the 3900 block of San Pablo and cited a 23-year-old San Pablo resident for driving without a license.

MONDAY, FEB. 21

An officer stopped a vehicle on Heather at Azalea and cited a 50-year-old Hercules man for driving with a suspended license. The man’s car was towed.

An officer stopped a vehicle on Vaqueros at 6th and cited a 24-year-old Rodeo man for driving with a suspended license.

SUNDAY, FEB. 20
Vandalism
A resident in the 100 block of Fog Cutter reported two in-ground street light boxes were open. Wires inside the boxes were cut, but none were missing. Public Works repaired the wires and restored the lighting. Damage was estimated to be about $300.

An officer stopped a vehicle on Willow at Cambridge and cited a 38-year-old Hercules woman for driving with a suspended license.

An officer stopped a vehicle on Sycamore at Redwood and cited a 30-year-old Richmond man for driving with a suspended license.

An officer stopped a vehicle in the block of 4000 of San Pablo and cited a 53-year-old Rodeo man for driving without a license.

A Parking Enforcement Officer towed a vehicle on Village Parkway at North Wildwood for expired registration.

Domestic Disturbance
A resident in the 200 block of Sparrow reported her husband spat on her during an argument and threatened to harm her.
Sexual Battery
A resident in the 100 block of Paradise reported a male subject touched her inappropriately as she walked past him toward her apartment. Officers detained a possible suspect who resides in the same building as the victim. The subject was intoxicated and claimed no knowledge of the incident. The victim declined further involvement with the investigation and the detained subject was released.
